The holiday season is fast approaching. How do we know? The Culpeper Memorial Hospital Auxiliary has kicked off the season with a bang. This year the Auxiliary celebrates Lights of Love’s tenth year.
The proceeds of this year’s Lights of Love will be used to upgrade and renovate the Department of Medical Imaging’s waiting and reception area.
“The medical imaging department is delighted to be the recipient of this year’s proceeds. Renovating our waiting and reception area will provide patients and visitors with a more comfortable and pleasing environment in which to wait before and during procedures,” said Debbie Clingempeel, director of medical imaging. “The new changes will also allow patients to speak privately with our staff in the reception area,” added Ms. Clingempeel.
“We are pleased that the facilities enhancement project is winding down,” said Bill Gravely, president of CMH. “Renovating this department’s waiting and reception area will put the finishing touches on medical imaging which has some of the heaviest traffic of outpatient departments.”
