PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County. Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday. December 7 at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

SPECIAL EXCEPTION #92-10-04

Application by Sunnyslope Home for Adults (Mr. & Mrs Burke) for an expansion of their existing Residential Care Facility (SE #91 -03-01) for five additional bedrooms, bringing total accupancy to a maximum of nineteen (19) persons. Property is located in Jackson/Wakefield Districts). on Rt. 647, in Flint Hill, VA and is zoned "A" Agricultural: Tax Map 14, Parcel 24, Special Exception allowed under Section 3. Article 3 4-2(B) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendations as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any.
