Story hour at library
The Rappahannock County Library’s preschool story hour is continuing on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. through Nov. 17. Karla Miller, a volunteer firefighter, will present a program on fire safety on Nov. 10. All preschoolers and their parents are invited to attend. For more information call 675-3780.
Citrus fruit sale
Rappahannock High School band and chorus and Rappahannock Elementary School seventh graders are sponsoring a fruit sale.
They will be selling red grapefruit large $20, small $12; navel oranges large $22, small $13 and tangeloes large $20, small $12.
Orders will be taken until Nov. 30. Payment must accompany each order.

Advisory committee to meet
The Special Education Advisory Committee will meet at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19 in the Elementary School Library. The primary purpose of the meeting is to review the evaulation component for the 1992/93 Annual Special Education Plan and the Child Study Interventention to be used in conjunction with this component. The public is welcome.
