confrontation with Raymond Ralls Sr., of Route 1, Sperryville. The incident occurred at 11:30 a.m. on Route 612 in Old Hollow.
According to the complaint signed by Pullen, Ralls blocked his passage and threatened him with a firearm.
Ralls has been charged with attempted abduction and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is free on a personal bond untii his first scheduled court appearance on Nov. 17.
