PROPOSALS 1. The request for Proposals (RFP) referred to in this Notice and all actions taken in connection with same shall be governed by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Chapter 7, Title 11 of the Code of Virginia, and specifically the provisions for ‘competitive nesional
services.' 2. Owner: The Owner is the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Sen/ices Board, 401 S. Main Street, Culpeper, VA 22701. 3. Required Services: This RFP seeks architectural/professional engineering services to assist the Owner in the design and construction of an administrative facility of approximately 20,000 sq. feet for up to 120 employees to be located on a parcel of real estate containing 4 acres located in Culpeper County, Virginia. 4. Evaluation Factors: The following factors will be used in evaluating proposals:

best utilization of site, appearance, efficiency of design, value, handicapped accessibility, amenability, to future expansion, quality of materials. 4.3 experience in similar projects 4.4 cost 5. Site visit: A site visit shall be held on 23 November 1992 at 10:00 AM. All interested parties shall meet at the Owner's address stated above at such time and proceed from there to the site. 6. Additional Terms: Any person interested in the project should obtain a copy of the complete RFP, the feasibility study, and Attachment A from the Owner; the complete RFP is not set out herein. A charge of $10.00 shall be made for these materials. 7. Deadline for Response: Attachment A, signifying a desire to submit a proposal with the terms of tnis RFP, shall be received by the Owner before 4:00 PM on 15 December 1992. 8- Contact Person: Questions may be directed to C.
