The CPMT (hall administer state and local funds for foster care, residential placement and other programs which may be available to provide for the needs of troubled youth and their families.
Members shall be immune from any civil liability for decisions made about the appropriate services for a family or the proposed placement or treatment of a child who comes before the team, unless it is proved that such person acted with malicious intent.
