Frank Reynolds of RAAC reported on the Fourth of July festival, and the Board agreed to reimburse RAAC for the $3000 committed.
• The Board unanimously agreed to accept a bid of $292,634 from Ellis J. Jenkins for expansions to the Commissioner of Revenue, Registrar and Treasurer's offices.
• The Board agreed, by a vote of four to one, to accept the performance contract with the Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board.
• The Board agreed to a resolution forgiving $70,452 in taxes owed on the Aileen property, purchased by the County in August.
A plan for the downzoning and sale of portions of the Aileen property will be developed for Board review.
