The Rappahannock County Soccer League played its first weekend, Saturday, Sept. 9.
Our U-6 youths, sponsored hy Sunnyside Farms holds their practices and scrimmages each Wednesday afternoon at RCES field.
, U-8's Rapp 1 played at Madison in their first game of the season. Rapp 2, sponsored by Better Homes Realty, played each other in their first home game.
The U-10 Galaxy Goalminers defeated the U-10 Rapp Rapids 2-0. The Rapp Rapids are sponsored this year by Over Jordan Farms Rams.
Our U-12, U-14 and U-18 teams scrimmaged on Saturday and are looking forward to an exciting season. , The Soccer league thanks in advance all volunteer coaches and referees. As usual, there is always a demand for assistant coaches and others who wish to volunteer in any capacity. If you have a desire to assist, call 937-5794. * Please come out each 6aturday morning and give your support and cheers to your players! Go Rapp!!
