• Life is good! Smiling children's faces are everywhere in the halls of RCES and RCHS. Teachers, too, are excited about a new beginning. Mrs. Joy Rollins, RCES Music teacher, even made butterflies the theme for her room this year because they symbolize new life and a new beginning, a very appropriate message fbr our students and our school system. * • Mrs. Denise Kruczynski, dedicated volunteer and parent at RCES, has been hired as Administrator of the Community After School Enrichment (CASE) Program at RCES. She is anxious to get the first classes scheduled. They should be ready to start in early October. If you are willing to teach a class one afternoon a week for children aged five through 13, or you have an idea for a class that you think would be popular, call Mrs. Kruczynski at 987-8259. This is a wonderful program for our county’s children and we know it will flourish under her guidance. Please remember that the program is open to all children in the county regardless of where they are educated. •1 * Help! Please! If you have not yet volunteered to help in the Room 19 Computer Lab at RCHS, please consider doing so. This lab is available for students who need to complete assignments or do independent projects and heed a quiet place with computer access in tyhich to work. However, we do not have a paid staff member who mans the lab. The lab must be locked unless volunteers are there to supervise the students, so each year we attempt to schedule enough volunteer assistance that the lab may be open to stu
