Health screening programs set

The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board invites persons 60 years of age and older to participate in the following Health Promotion/Screening Programs to be held at the Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Center: Sept. 20 and Sept. 27 at 1 p.m., program by Barbara Gentry, Stress part A and B.

Sept. 27 at 1 p.m., program by Lora Bailey of Hospice of the Rapidan on "Dealing with Grief".

RoughRide sets date

Join a group of enthusiastic cyclists in the heart of Rappahannock County, Virginia for the fourth annual RoughRide on Saturday, Sept. 23. which will feature 12, 35 or 60-mile paved tours and 20 or 30-mile paved and unpaved courses for the rough and rugged.
