The "Singing and Pickin'' party held at the Salem Fire Hall on Route 522 will take place this Friday, Sept. 15 from 7 until 10 p.m. As always food and beverages will be sold by the fire department.

On Sunday afternoon Mrs. Phyliss Frazier accompanied by Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville visited their niece, Miss Brenda Frazier in Culpeper and later visited her mother in Culpeper Health Care Center.
