Old Hollow residents have noted an approved project on the six year road plan that will take out a curve on Swindler Hollow Road. In an effort to view the proposal and become; involved, Old Hollow Roads Coalition members and other curious townspeople are invited to meet with VDOT engineers at the county library on Monday, April 23 at 4 p.m. to View and discuss the project.
The meeting is open to all county residents interested in knowing more about how the Roads Coalition works.
VDOT suggests that it is at this early stage that the public has the best chance of being a part of the process. Constructive community input and involvement can be possible through the development of a neighborhood Roads Coalition.
