With Rappahannock schools closed this week for their spring break, we’d like to remind all our students that this is “Teacher Appreciation Week” and when you see them don’t fail to tell them how much you do appreciate them.
Last Sunday, April 8, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and Christopher made a tour trip to Farmville.
Birthday, wishes go out this week to Jessica Meredith Thursday, April 19, to Eric Meredith who adds another year on Sunday, April 22 and John Baker who celebrates on Monday, April 23. Happy going to each of you.
Also birthday wishes to nephew, Jason Theodore Knick, who will celebrate another year on April 19.
Easter Sunday luncheon guests of Mrs. Eunice Meade on Hash Lane were Mrs. Linda Weakley, son Davey and little daughter and Gary Meadows, all of Standardsville, Miss Brenda Frazier, Kenny Leavell and son Corey, friend Amy, Mrs. Sue Varner and son Alex all of Culpeper, Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville, Mrs. Michael Swindler of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Frazier and sons, Michael and Christopher.
The Windmore Community Theater will be presenting their production of “Just Broadway” this Friday and Saturday evening at 8 p.m. taking-place at the Culpeper County Middle School. There will be something for everyone, so bring the whole family. For group rates or information call 547-2555.
Our prayers for comfort go out to the family of Mrs. Mae Tomczak, a former resident here in Boston, who passed away at her residence on Alum Spring Road last Sunday.
