She was born May 15, 1933 in Rappahannock County.
Mrs. Tomczak was a housewife, mother and a member of Oak Shade Untied Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Raymond Tomczak and her son, Raymond Tomczak Jr., both of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include three brothers, John Leake of Culpeper, Maury Leake of Marshall and Charlie Leake of Fredericksburg; three sisters, Jesse Kelly of Norfolk, Alice Gilliam of Oklahoma and Shirley VanAllen of Florida; a longtime friend, Nina Peyton and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was predeceased by her mother, Ruby Leake Grimsley; her father, Fred Leake; a stepfather, Buck Grimsley; two brothers, Leroy Leake and James Leake and a sister, Margie Stringfellow.
Graveside services were conducted on Tuesday, April 10 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Jeffersonton with the Rev. L. Bryan McClain officiating.
Found & Sons Funeral Chapel in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
