Rollerblading and skating will be restricted to between 11 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. and to those on teams and wearing Relay team shirts and helmets and pads. Planning for both rain and shine continues.
All participants or their parents or legal guardians for children under 18 attending the Relay must sign waivers. The waivers release the Relay’s organizers from claims arising from participation in the event and permit the use of names and photographs. Safety rules require that a responsible adult supervise children under 18 and that helmets and pads be required for skating and rollerblading. Access on the school grounds will be limited to specific areas.
