In that presentation, the class heard a discussion about watersheds, and possible threats to water quality. Each student in Ms. Gall’s class will receive a “Watershed Academy Certificate”. Winners of the essay contest will receive a special “We All Live Downstream” tee shirt. The winners were Amber Allen, Trevor Thompson and Samantha Smoot.
Samantha Smoot wrote, “Everything that enters the water upstream goes with the flow and ends up with us downstream, just like they say everything that goes up must come down.”
