A public hearng will be held m Case No. PUE-2007-G0031 aid Case No. PUE-2007-00033 on August 15, 2007, beginning at 1:30 p.m. aid reconvening at 7:00 p.m. and on August 16,2007, beginning at 9:30 am. at North Warren Volunteer Fire Department. 39 Rockland Road, Front Royal, Virginia to receive the testimony of public witnesses.

The public hearing in Case No.. PUE-2007-00031 and Case No. PUE-2007-00033 shall resume at 9:00 am. on January 14, 2008, in the Commissions Courtroom, Second Floor, Tyler Building, 1300 East Main Street Richmond, Virginia, to receive the testimony of additional public witnesses and the evidence of the Company, any respondents, and the Staff Any person desinng to make a statement at the public heaings should appear at the heteing location fifteen (15) minutes before the starting time on the day of the bearing aid contact the Commission’s Bailiff. The VSCC expects that a large number of public witnesses will want to speak. Speakers should Emit their comments to 8-10 minutes so that as many as possible may address the VSCC.
