PUBLIC HEARING RESCINDING THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE LAND APPLICATION OF SLUDGE (CHAPTER 111-1) and ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FORTESTING AND MONITORING THE STORAGE AND LAND APPLICATION OF SEWAGE SLUDGE The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing to consider rescinding an ordinance banning the land application of sewage sludge, and proposing amendments providing for testing and monitoring the storage and land application of same on Monday, July 2, 2007, at 7:00PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
