Plans for the town’s wastewater treatment plant are being reviewed by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, said Mayor Eugene Leggett. The person that was in charge of reviewing the application has left the department, so that will cause some delay in the review process, Town Clerk Laura Dodd said.
