THL OLD LEE HIGHWAY HOTEL pictured above had, by the mid 1920’s added a restaurant to serve local people and tourists. Bill Loomis, the hotel’s present owner, said that the building consists of six different structures, added 1 over the years of the hotel's existence from its beginnings as an ordinary or a place of public entertainment. The hotel continued to operate until the late sixties.
