Edward Summers is starting a “vial of life program in Rappahannock as part of his Eagle Scout project. The program involves filling out a form with information on name of family doctor, hospital preference, brief medical history, medications being taken and who to call in case of an emergency. The form is inserted in a small canister which is attached by a rubber band to the upper left hand shelf of the home’s refrigerator.
