counseling

Carol’s Calorie Control Counseling is revving up for its grand opening in Rappahannock County on APr*J 1® a*- ®;30 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church in Washington. Weighin will begin promptly at 6 p.m. Pf,^ro* A. Campbell, president of CCCL, radiates success at weight loss, having lost 108 pounds and continues to maintain that loss four years later.

Carol’s diet offers much more variety than competitive ones in the area with such goodies as popcorn, baked potatoes, brussels sprouts, beets, bananas, watermelon, just to name a few. Carol’s first class opened February 1 in Culpeper and since that time, the six classes have lost more than 1,500 pounds (folks, that three-fourths of a ton!!!) Needless to say, this new diet obviously works. At CCCC, calories are not counted, but even with the new additions, the diet still is at approximately 1,000 calories a day.
