The Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center swimming pool will open its 1986 season on Memorial Day weekfend, Sunday, May 25, through Monday, May 26, from noon to 6 p.m. Beginning Saturday, May 31, it will be open to the public daily from noon until 6 p.m. through Labor Day, Monday, September 1.
Beginner, Advanced Beginner and Intermediate swimming lessons will be offered during the week of June 9, and a class in Senior Life Saving will be held Saturday and Monday mornings from June 14 through July 14. Anyone interested should contact the Center at 6357171 for more information. Enrollment will be limited.
Daily admission will be $1.25 for children 12 and under and senior citizens over age 55, and $1.75 for all others. Season passes are available for $75/individual and $125/family.
