In addition, Mr. Johansson asked for waiver of the requirement that the subdivision road be paved. He added that it would be graveled and ditched with a 12-foot travel surface that would meet all other requirements. He noted that subdivision covenants will make the future lot owners responsible for the road’s maintenance.

The board members voiced support for his requests with the exception of the waiver for paving.
