Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church in Sperryville invites the community to share in special revival services April 13-16. The Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church is one of the thousands of Southern Baptist churches participating in simultaneous meetings this spring.
Rev. Willard Bowen is the guest preacher for the week. He is pastor of the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Warsaw, Va. Rev. Bowen has a strong and active rural church with a wide range of outreach to children, youth and adults.
He is a graduate of University of 1 Richmond, Piedmont Bible College, ! Fredericksburg Institute and Luther Rice Seminary. After serving three pastorates in Smithland and Heathsville, he came to Oak Grove. He and his wife Marion have three children and four grandchildren.
Rev. Doug Farmer, pastor of the church, states, “To hear Rev. Bowen is to share in one of God’s richest blessings in doing miracles and wonderful acts through his servants today.”
