WHEREAS, Clarence E. Baldwin has served as a member of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors for a period of thirteen years, and
WHEREAS, he has been a loyal, efficient, and devoted public servant, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County wishes to express its appreciation for the services rendered by Clarence E. Baldwin as a member of the Board of Supervisors and to the citizens of Rappahannock County,
%OW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby expresses its gratitude to Clarence E. Baldwin for his services to Rappahannock County and its deep feeling of loss at his passing and wishes to convey its condolences to his family by printing a copy of this resolution in the minutes, by sending a copy hereof to the family of Clarence E. Baldwin, and by having a copy of this resolution published in The Rappahannock News.
