Mr. Reynolds said that he feels that “only those persons who can demonstrate a clear and substantial claim of damage to a property or protected personal interest should be allowed to appeal a decision of the Town zoning boards." He also said that he thinks the definition of aggrieved should not be limited to town residents but include non-resident property owners.
Mr. Eldred reported that Potomac Edison is now offering the PEMCO radial-wave lighting fixture, and that a sample fixture is due to be shipped on Oct. 24.
Mayor Willis said that the new well house has been completed and is awaiting inspection by the engineers. He decided to put off discussing the water system until more information is available regarding the financial position. He is still awaiting word on whether the town has been approved for funds to pay for the most recent work done on the water system.
