O’Connell asked if Mr. Skowronski could be sworn in and sit on the council right away. He was sworn in and promptly took his seat at the council table.
Steve Critzer nominated Peter Kramer for the Architectural Review Board, and he was approved by the council.
Fawn Evenson and Frank Scott were both nominated to be on the Planning Commission. The vote was 3-3, so it was decided that the vote would again be taken at the next meeting, when seven members are sitting on the council. Other members of the ARB and Planning Commission whose terms have expired were reappointed.
There is one position available on the town Board of Zoning Appeals. It must be advertised, and applicants will be interviewed and chosen by the circuit court judge of Rappahannock County.
