am hoping that by voicing my concern the good citizens of Speryville will construct public bathroom facilities for all citizens that come to enjoy their festival and crafts and put an end to the smelly porta-potty brigade in time for their next festival.
After all if the citizens think enough of the festival and their wares to come spend their time and money, the citizens deserve a little consideration in return.
We had hoped to make several purchases including a bushel or two of apples, but were forced to leave early. So we just returned home from Culpeper disenchanted.
