Beef Education Seminar
The Rappahannock Farmer’s Association will be holding a beef education seminar from 12-3 p.m. on Oct. 29 at Windsor Lodge in Huntly. For more information call 987-9605.
Apple Butter Making Planned
The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire and Rescue will be making apple butter on Saturday, Oct. 22. The price will be $4.50 per quart. Also on Oct. 22 chicken barbecue dinner will be sold on the carnival grounds starting at 12 noon at $6 each. The dinner will consist of barbecue chicken, cole slaw, baked beans, dinner roll and homemade desserts of you choice.
