This socialist philosophy to which Chuck Robb subscribes has given us unfunded federal mandates that continue to strip us of Our individual freedoms.
Last but not least, Capital Hill needs more private business people versus career politicians and lifelong government bureaucrats. He knows first hand of the struggles that small business people face day to day with government mandates and red tape that stifle the life out of entrepreneurship. Robb has no concept of these pressures; therefore, he could not possibly make choices and decisions in our best interest.
Chuck Robb has voted with Bill Clinton 95 percent of the time. He has voted for the biggest tax increase in the history of this nation. He has voted for the confirmation of Clinton’s appointees that have been forced to resign because of scandal and corruption. He supported lifting the ban on homosexuals in the military. While trying to sound like he is going to be tough on lowering the government deficit by stating he would “take money from widows and orphans.” I remember he voted for his own pay rise. Where was his concern for the deficit then?
To sum it up, if you like Clinton’s leftist/socialist agenda then Oliver ' North is not your candidate. But, if you are not happy with the way this adminsitration and the Democratic majority in Washington are taking this country, let’s stop them with a Republican Senate and House of Representatives. Vote for Oliver North for Senate and Frank Wolf for Congress.
