The Precious Blood Catholic Church Altar Society is sponsoring the 12th annual Christmas Crafters Bazaar from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 5. The craft bazaar' will be held in the Precious Blood Parish Hall and in the classrooms downstairs.
This year’s bazaar has over 30 crafters with a tremendous selection of crafts to choose. Many of the crafters are new to this years bazaar so there are many new and exciting
Shrimp Feast
Festival Oct. 22
The fifth Annual Shrimp Feast Festival will be held at Lord Fairfax Community College in Middletown from 5 to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22. “All You Can Eat” menu includes jumbo steamed spiced shrimp, baked beans, cole slaw, assorted beverages, homemade desserts, and ice cream.
Admission cost is $25 per person and all proceeds will benefit an endowment fund for students scholarships at the College.
Corporate sponsorships are also available for $250 a table. This includes 10 tickets, reserved seating, and special recognition in the “Lord Fairfax Community College Education Foundation Report to the Community.”
A highlight of the evening will be a live auction featuring a HenkelHarris cherry console table and the
sale of the first piece of LFCC’s 25th Anniversary Commemorate pottery created by Gail Kelly.
