Judith Hunt contributed a Macintosh laptop powerbook computer and some financial aid. “I cover the rest through my own pocket and welcome anyone else who wishes to contribute as volunteer staff or funding,” he said. “I’m just treading water financially.”
Monday afternoon the center opened and within 15 minutes four people walked in, and three volunteered, he said. He hopes the center will make RLEP and PEC more visible. He hopes it can also serve RAAC, local B and B businesses, and various community groups that share his interests. It will be a center for information and to help people learn about other resources with information.
