I believe I speak for the parents of all the K-2 special ed children in expressing my gratitude to Dr. Gangel for deciding to recommend to the School Board that these children have a classroom in the new wing with the rest of the K-2 students and to the School Board for accepting this recommendation.
Thanks also to the editor of the Rappahannock News for her interest in this matter and for considering it to be of importance to write an editorial.
