• The Rappahannock County 5 Fire and Rescue picnic will be r held on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 1 p.m. ; at the Flint Hill fire department. Everyone is invited. Those attending should bring a dish. ’*■ Drinks will be provided. . Headwaters
to meet
The October Board of Directors meeting for Headwaters, the Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, will take place Monday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Extension Office. The meeting is open to the public.
Rabies clinic set
Rabies Vaccination Clinic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League, Route 639 off of US 211 in Amissville from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost will be $10 per pet. Vaccinations will be available for cats and dogs. For more information call 937-3336.
