Conference Night, Oct. 17. K-3rd grade students receive their reports at nine-week intervals. Look for theirs to follow in a few more weeks.
• The RCES Book Fair is coming! You will have nine days to visit the Fair and make those special purchases for the holidays! The Fair will run from Tuesday, Oct. 16 through Friday, Oct. 26,. and the public (that means all Rappahannock News readers) is invited to attend. If you are free to assist any afternoon from 1 to 3 p.m., please call Librarian Mrs. Aney Massie or Jan Makela at 987-8259.
• Students in 4th, 6th and 9th Grades are nearing the completion of Stanford 9 Achievement testing. This test is part of the state’s stringent standardized testing program. Results will be available later this fall.
• Have a wonderful week. Hug your children, do something nice for someone else, and enjoy all of the joys of this season.
