The local chapter, 296 of A.A.R.P. held their monthly meeting at Culpeper Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on Monday. Mrs. Donna Weaver was guest speaker.
Anyone in our area who would like to order citrus fruits, are reminded that the sale is now on, taking orders through Oct. 12. The Culpeper County Senior F.F.A. is in charge of this event and orders can be placed by calling 8258310, extension 3673. Nov. 14 is scheduled for delivery date of fruit.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peregory of Front Royal, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Bragg and family and Mr. and Mrs. buddy Grigsby were Sunday guests in the Joe Peregory home on Castleton Ford Road.
