to volunteer their time in the schools is overwhelming. But, we are not without problems. Funding will always bd a problem which will never be totally solved.
Management, on the other hand, is an area that can and must be improved. Over the next few weeks I will cover a number of areas relating to management that the citizens of Rappahannock should be aware of. I will start with the nine questions that were presented to the Board and illustrate why some of the superintendent’s answers are in possible conflict with the systems established policies..
