L-raig Landrum. This 19 square chessboard was crafted using Rappahannock County walnut, tiger maple, and Carpathian elm burl veneer.
An integral drawer under the chessboard houses the beautiful handmade chess and checker pieces. The game pieces were crafted from rosewood and maple, custom weighted by hand, and finished with three coats of Deft brushing lacquer.
The bottom of each chess piece is covered with thin lambskin to protect the chessboard.
