Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are set. (The cookies will be soft.)
Remove cookies to wire rack to cook, then frost with Orange Icing.
Orange Icing: Combine 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel and enough orange juice (one to three tablespoons) in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth and of icing consistency.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
