that you don’t just brush it on or roll it on. You sponge it on, and then you even it out with a brush — obviously a two-person job if you want to get it done and get on with your life any time before a week from next Tuesday.
We bought the emulsion on Sunday afternoon, and, what the hey, why not just go ahead and paint it today? It was only a bedroom, after all, and how long could that take?
So I started sponging the stuff on, with my dutiful wife following behind me, brushing over my marks. It took us a while to get the procedure down, but we did discover that the stuff came out of the carpet really well, and it would come off the woodwork with just a wet washrag.
