Mr. McCarthy reported that he had received one qualified bid for real estate reassessment, that from Blue Ridge Appraisal in the amount of $11.51 per parcel, or an estimated total of $71,500 over a two year period. The Board approved a contract with Blue Ridge Appraisal, and Mr. McCarthy noted that reappraisal results would be reflected in 2003 tax bills.
