Madisons Loach Puryear must have said some magic words at half\±ime because when the whistle blew to start, Madison came out : charging! Scoring two goals quickly and evening up the score, the game took on a very fast pace. Madison : scored again, taking the lead but Riot returned the goal with a corner kick that snuck in without assistance, off the ! foot of Carlos!
Samantha Harlow had a J great day at midfield along with Josh Makela playing ■ with both a broken wrist and a sprained wrist. Coach Gillis , gives him the “Ironman” title ; for his dedication to “Riot.” • Both Coaches Pendleton and Gillis were very pleased with the game and were glad to see the teamwork back into place. Tom said, “I am very happy with the passing going on right now. We practice a ; lot of one touch passing, . although the kids get after • me about it - it really pays off in the games!” '

After another impressive outing, our U-18 team stands at 2 and 1. They overwhelmed Culpeper 6 - 0. Anchored by Adrienne Moore - at center midfield, they were able to attack at will.
With the score at 2 - 0 at the half, they exploded for ■ four goals in second half.! “Thanks to a strong playing; of our defense, it allowed our " offense to attack freely,” said * Coach Kevin Reid.
