OCTOBER 1-NOVEMBER 5 Prepared Childbirth Classes (Mondays) Parents-to-be learn about labor and delivery, breastfeeding, coaching, baby care, pain management and more. Taught by certified instructor. $50. 7-9 p.m.
OCTOBER 3 Mommy & Me Learn practical, up-to-date, safe and gentle ways to care for your newborn and yourself. 7-9 p.m.
OCTOBER 17 Sibling Class A class for you and your kids to attend together and learn ways to ease transition of a newborn into the family-so that all members of the family welcome baby! Kids must be at least 3 years old to attend. 7-8 p.m.
