Some of the proposals in the plan are: supporting the public safety community in the budget process; increasing penalties for violent and economic crimes against our senior citizens; continuing to champion victim’s rights; opposing the importation of other states’ prisoners into Virginia; continuing his war on drugs with a three part proposal to fight OxyContin abuse before it spreads from Southwest Virginia; and mandatory drug treatment and testing for prison inmates.
