It was just one of those things. Sara Schneidman traveled from Washington, D.C. and Bill Landis set forth from Gainesville, Fla. to attend a yoga weekend in the Berkshires, and there they met . . . and, as they say, the rest is history.
This chance meeting of artist, potter, and photographer Schneidman and book store owner, greeting card publisher and carpet producer Landis led, not only to marriage (in 1998), but to a collaboration that has given more of the world the opportunity to see and enjoy the Schneidman style and artistry rendered in a broad range of media— paintings, greeting cards, pottery, and hand-made rugs.
