Larry Ordway Delf, 57, of Culpeper died Saturday, Oct. 6 at his residence. He was bom April 23, 1944 in Culpeper to Margaret Wilson Delf and the late Clyde Lewis Delf. Mr. Delf was an automobile mechanic. He worked with his father at Delfs Garage from 1956 to 1978. Following his fathers death in 1978, he changed the name to Larry Delfs Garage and ran it until 1996. In 1996 he started Delf s Cleaning Service.
He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Delf of Culpeper; his mother, Margaret Wilson Del of Culpeper; two sisters, Barbara Heflin and Teresa Brown, both of Culpeper. Additional survivors include nieces, one of which is Kim Fewell of Castleton and several nephews. In addition to his father, he was also predeceased by a brother.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, Oct. 10 at Found and Sons Chapel with the Rev. Philip A. Walker officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery.
