Residential Counselor to schedule and transport group home residents to routine medical appointment. Responsible for maintaining resident’s medical records at group homes. Also responsible for communicating with group staff, medical personnel, families and/or guardians. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday daytime hours. Requires Bachelor’s degree and six months experience. Experience in the medical field working with mentally retarded population in a group home setting is preferred.
