Holiday closings

The Rappahannock County government offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. 14 in celebration of Columbus Day. The Rappahannock National Bank and area post offices will also be closed.

Rappahannock Public Schools will be open, however, Wakefield Country Day School in Huntly will be closed.

The Rappahannock News will observe regular business hours.
