finished fifth in the Group A Region B Tournament. The tournament, played at the Bowling Green Country Club in Front Royal, featured the top two teams from the four districts in Region B.
Mike Fairbrother finished fourth in the Region and qualified for the state tournament played Oct. 7 and 8 at the Tartan Golf Course in Kilmarnock, Va. Mike shot a 79 after getting off to a rough start with an eight on the first hole.
Girls’ basketball
The Junior Panther Girls’ Basketball team saw its record drop to 0-10 on the season with a loss at North Fork.
The JV Girls’ Basketball team dropped two decisions on the week to fall to 4-6 on the season. The team lost to Strasburg 34-9 and dropped a 27-23 decision to Brentsville District. The team scored the first nine points of the
